So what do I do...I'm a Licensed Psychotherapist, Actor and Writer. I take on challenges and help others to do so in my practice.
At the age of 48 I moved back to NYC and began acting on shows like The Perfect Murder, Mysteries at the Museum, and Dateline Crime with Tamron Hall. More recently, I became the first Psychotherapist to play an actual 'Psycho," Serial Killer Keith Jespersen on Evil Lives Here on Discovery ID, Season 3 Episode 11. I have also appeared in a few award winning short films.
As a therapist, coach and trainer I take a very proactive, motivational approach with clients, and believe people need to challenge their fears actively. Talk can be cheap, action tends to lead to greater heights.
Generally, I find when we examine our Physical, Intellectual, Social, Emotional and Spiritual lives, we can focus our efforts so we are happier more productive and fulfilled.
It's imperative to be goal oriented in life. We need to certainly examine WHY we don't do things or WHY we repeat negative patterns. And then we need to make a decision to change. That's what it's all about. Insight into Action. This is how I challenge myself and ultimately it leads me to greater and more successes despite challenges I may, and have faced throughout.
